Hostel in the Forest (HitF) is 47 years old!

This Independence Day we celebrated another important anniversary and now we are looking forward to half a century as a world famous destination for wanderers and ramblers seeking a spiritual refuge. In honor of this important milestone we invite you back to Hostel in the Forest and hope you will return soon. As a member for life and previous visitor we know the Forest speaks to you in a personal way. And we encourage you to return soon. We have recently fully reopened (with some important safety restrictions*) and hope you will join us soon. Consider it a family reunion in one of the most empowering environments on Earth. Make plans now to reconnect with old and new friends at your spiritual refuge during the special event below. Others are being planned and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

MUSIC IN THE FOREST: The Saying and the Said with Chelsea Carnes of Wax Wings

WORKSHOP: Spirit and Bone, lead by Hostel Staff

Explore dynamic spiritual expression through art made with ethically sourced animal bones inscribed and adorned with wild colors derived from plants. Make your own spirit vessel to work into your spiritual practice and take home with you. Learn the foundations of working with dyes available from the world around you.
