Thursday, June 4th, After dinner, Tau will present a workshop entitled “Optimism & Fortitude.” Currently Tau is touring the United States on “Sonya”, a 1940’s style motorcycle with a sidecar, discussing and researching the benefits of Learned Optimism. This useful style of thinking is the ability to understand life’s challenges and setbacks in a productive way. When you learn to live life as a true optimist you can handle any challenge that life throws your way. Simply put, Tau uses humor, anecdotes and essential strategies to empower others to live happy and meaningful lives. Join South African Clinical Psychologist and Speaker Tau as he shares his insights on optimism and fortitude during a 2 hour presentation.
